The Prevention and Family Support Worker support the well-being of Gitsegukla children, youth, and families through culturally grounded prevention and family support services. This role focuses on early intervention, family strengthening, and connection to community, culture, and supports. Working closely with families, community partners, and internal departments, the Prevention and Family Support Worker provides direct support, advocacy, and coordination to help families navigate challenges, build capacity, and enhance protective factors that promote healthy family life.
